Best Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Unsalted Butter Room Temperature
- 1 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup White Granulated Sugar
- 2 Large Eggs
- 2 Tsp Vanilla
- 2 3/4 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Tsp Kosher Salt OR 1/2 tsp table salt
- 2 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Cup Milk Chocolate Chips
- 1 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Cream softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time until mixed.
- Add vailla.
- Measure flour, baking powder, and salt in seperate bowl. Mix with a wisk.
- Add combined dry ingredients to the sugar egg mixture 1/2 cup at a time just until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips until evenly dispersed.
- Let cookie dough rest in refrigerator for 1 hour and up to one week.
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and scoop 12 cookies to place on cookie sheet.
- Bake in a pre-heated 375 degree oven for 10 min
